SIGHEALTH PLATFORM

SigHealth is a platform for remote user health monitoring and data management. It enables user homecare by using wireless Personal Health Devices and seamless, automatic data synchronization with a safe and secure Internet Cloud Server.

SigHealth Platform is composed by 3 main modules: Internet Server Cloud, Care Program Applications and Personal Health Aggregators.

CARE PROGRAM APPLICATIONS AND THE INTERNET CLOUD SERVER

The Cloud Platform is responsible for storing and managing health data in a PHR (Personal Health Record), in addition to offering the following features:

AAA – Authentication, Authorization and Accounting: support account creation and management, providing authorization and authentication mechanisms.

Security and Privacy: mechanisms for data security and system access and data encryption and anonymized data storage on demand.

Streaming Data Server: dedicated service to support data in streaming mode when used in continuous monitoring services.

3rd Party Integration: possibility of integration with third-party services and applications.

Fault Tolerance: redundancy of services and auto recovery of servers.

Data Backup: automatic data backup.

SERVICES FOR PROGRAM APPLICATIONS

Pacient state evolution management:

Services for updating and monitoring the evolution of users, and creating health monitoring programs for each user. These services include the definition of thresholds that are automatically monitored by the platform, which can generate alerts for users and health professionals.

Account management:

Account management services, including authentication, authorization, CRUD (Create, Retrieve, Update, Delete) and queries. These services also allow the creation of profiles and groups.

Device management:

Continuous monitoring device management services such as multi-parameter monitors.

Notification System:

Automatic notification services for users and healthcare professionals about alerts.

Event and Agenda System:

Services for managing events in a user's calendar.

Appointment management:

Services for creating and scheduling consultation orders.

HEALTH DATA AGGREGATORS

Health Data Aggregators (ADS) can be considered the modules where the information flow starts. The Health Data Aggregator is the device responsible for the automated collection of health data from Personal Health Devices (DPS or PHD), and the synchronization of this data with the Cloud Platform. Therefore, ADS is responsible for collecting and synchronizing health data. On the SigHealth Platform, ADS can work on mobile devices or on dedicated devices (hubs).

Transcoding of non-standard Personal Health Devices through proprietary technology.

Nowadays, SigHealth supports over 30 different models of devices.

SigHealth supports the following types of devices: Weighing Scales, Glucometers, Oximeters, Thermometers, Blood Pressure Monitors, Activity Monitors, Heart Rate Monitors, Holters (ECG), Multi-parameter Monitors, and connected Infusion Pumps.
